"I had both boarding and grooming at my stay. BOARDING: I have been leaving my dog at PetSuites for years now but this is the first time I leave him at the Spring Klein location. The team at the front was friendly, and what I liked about this location was the live cameras in all their play areas, which I did check occasionally. One thing I noticed is that the play times were not consistent—sometimes he was out as early as noon and other times as late as 3pm. Also I was expecting to receive photo updates and “Pawgress reports” every day but I only received on 3 of the 8 days of his stay. GROOMING: The grooming by Ashley was done well. Since my pet is usually very stressed and badly behaved when I try at-home grooming, I really commend her for the good job she did."
