"Alex washed my fur baby and he was the happiest pup after his flea bath. Most places kick my anxious 80 pound bully out but not Pet Supply. We’re welcome with open arms every time we enter the store."

"Clogged drains in wash station. Dryers don't work very well. Broken,unmaintained equipment. Washing a German Shepherd with half @$$ed dryers I asked for more towels and they said "only 2 per customer". Do yourself a favor and go to petco!"

"Bad frozen dog food. Freezer burned. Looks like it thawed out and was refrozen. Both dogs threw up overnight. Customer service... none. And this store; smells horrible from all the animals dirty cages and fish tanks. Definitely won't be back!"

"Well put together place. They had friendly staff. They didn’t mind that my dog ate a treat before paying. My wife and I went here to give our dog a bath in the self service area. They checked on us often ensuring everything was going well. Highly recommend shopping here anything pet related!"

"I am disgusted with this location. Went in specifically for a beta and was met with the horrible proof of neglect this location has for its pets. These pictures are a mix of dying and ALREADY DEAD pets. They neglect so much they don’t even have the audacity to clear out the dead ones. I will never give my business to a company that stands for this. Terrible management. This company is also known for deleting reviews. I have no problem adding this review over and over again to show how awful this location is to customers. I was so angry I walked out with a full shopping cart. Why give money to a place that abuses and neglects pets?!!?!?!!!"
