"Nice hotel easy location to get ona fb off from major freeways. Rooms not bad. But noticed bugs in the bathroom and the night stand gathering around a coke I just opened up by the night stand. Told the front desk about it they came up the next day to clean room again. Only thing sucks you have to ask for it. Staff friendly. It’s an ok place"
"What can I say nice about this joint? Decent beds and the elevators worked. Phone wasn't working in our room, and wasn't addressed even after I reported it. No towels, soap or shampoo and conditioner stocked in our room. I had to wait over 20 minutes for the night clerk to return from getting their takeout dinner to get more towels. Breakfast meat was greasy and the kitchen couldn't keep up with the moderate breakfast crowd demand. Just a low rent bfast I thought I would try La Quinta, but never again! The service and the staff were cut-rate. Not at all up to even bare standards! Big mistake!"
"I had high hopes since the exterior pictures were beautiful! When we checked in around 7pm, the lobby was empty. I stood for awhile and finally a young man came out and was less than friendly or inviting. He never looked up...never smiled... just took my card and ID and handed me the room card and walked about into the room he came out of. That should have been my first red flag. We went into the room and at first were pleased. Then noticed there were no wash cloths and just 2 hand towels... no soap, no shampoo or conditioner. I went down to get some. Again had to wait and when I asked about it, he walked back to the room he came out of WITHOUT A WORD, and handed me a full size bar of Dial soap and headed back off to the room again. I asked about shampoo and he was so aggravated and reached under the desk and just handed me 2 bottles of shampoo and walked away again. At that point I didn't even care about the wash cloths, I was disgusted by his lack of caring. The next morning, my husband went to make coffee and we did indeed have a coffee maker and coffee packets...but NO BASKET to put the coffe into to insert into the maker. That was it. We decided to just leave and go to a restaurant, because the thought of breakfast there was a joke. I wanted to discuss the items with the person at check out, however, when I went to the desk, she literally walked into another room and motioned for me to drop my key in the cardboard box on the counter. I was speechless and just left. I will definitely keep my eye on my credit card that was used for incidentals and I will keep my fingers crossed I get that back. At this point, I am less than hopeful. RUN from this place as fast as you can and get another! The week before we stayed at the Drury down the road on I-45 and it was FABULOUS."
"If I could give ZERO Stars, I would. We checked in on Friday 12.01.23; the room had no towels, no toiletries and the employee at the front desk was less than hospitable. I chalked it up to being a Friday and maybe they were just running behind. On Saturday morning, my husband and I went downstairs at 745am to have breakfast. We were out of our room for less than 30 minutes. Someone went into our room (NO FORCED ENTRY, SOMEONE MUST HAVE USED A KEY CARD) and stole my purse and all of his credit cards from his wallet. We were fortunate they didn't take their time bc they could have gotten so much more, but damage was done. This was our daughter's wedding day. They came in and took what they could grab quickly and moved on. I went downstairs and noticed that 2 police cars were in the parking lot. There was another family that had the same experience. They went down to breakfast between 7am and 9am and someone went in and robbed them as well. There was also a rash of vehicle theft the night before. The deputy said this has been an issue with this property. The employee at the front desk was NO help....wouldn't offer help and when I asked questions, she remained silent and shrugged her shoulders. They have no cameras in the hallways. She said the key readers on the room doors do not store any information (false). However, she was QUICK to run out to the cops to lay blame on another couple staying in the hotel. The deputy said this is an inside job....an employee who must be watching when people leave their room. Personally, I think it's a WHOLE GROUP OF THEIR EMPLOYEES WORKING TOGETHER. One must be watching what guests have when they check in, another is watching when they leave the room, another is watching when they leave the lobby and then they pass the stolen items off to someone who goes out to make charges immediately. Both the other victims and ourselves had charges within 30 minutes on opposite sides of town. We checked out immediately and the hotel still charged us for the room. They have been no help in trying to resolve this case. AVOID this hotel at all costs. Nothing has been worth the headache we are still going through trying to resolve all of this, cancel all our cards and replace things that were stolen. Some sentimental items in my purse can never be replaced and that's the hardest part of all."
"Absolutely appalling. We stayed here last year and it was a nice hotel with friendly staff. Shocking to see how quickly it has declined in such a short time. The first night there was banging, screaming and dogs barking til 2am on the floor above us. When I called down to the front desk, no one answered. In the morning I spoke to the front desk about it and they offered to move MY ROOM. So instead of addressing the problem which is apparently a family that is living here and letting their pets and children run riot all over the hotel, they want me to pack up again and move. Same thing the second night. Children screaming, dogs barking, jumping off beds and running up and down the halls. Midnight - No answer at the front desk so I went down there. After waiting, someone finally showed up and said he would look into it. Nothing happened. Noise continued til 2am. Third night same. Screaming, pounding, running, fighting, barking. All I want from a hotel is a quiet, comfortable place to sleep. We will NEVER stay at this location again. Pool STILL not available same as a post I read 3 months ago and the breakfast was pathetic. I suspect this hotel has turned into a homeless shelter and the hotel won’t deal with any of the issues. NOT a safe, quiet or comfortable place to stay."
