"Very nice people"
"I have been very sick and had one over the counter medicine in my doctor's prescription (all other times I'd get them at drive through) This time the the laziest and most incompetent technician asked me to get it inside off the shelf. When I told her I was sick and that won't be a good idea, she asked me to wait for 15 minutes and get back in the line. After another 30 minutes of waiting, I got my bag and came home to notice that she never got the over-the-counter medicine. I'm moving all of my family's RX to another pharmacy. Of course these Healthcare giants don't care about loosing a customer. We are just a number. We always wait a long time but having to go back to pharmacy after a long day and being sick is the last drop for me."
"This pharmacy dispensed a different set of products than we agreed on and I didn't realize it until I got home. They agreed over the phone to bring them back for return or exchange. But back at the store a different rep said I could not return or exchange them, even though they're still sealed in original packaging. It was their mistake but they wouldn't take them back and they would not give me a refund."
