"Recently picked up my pup, they lady checking me out was very short tempered & would get mad when asking questions about my pups stay. After getting home I realized 3 of my pups bag food wasn’t used so he wasn’t fed 3 different times. My heart honestly broke seeing that. Ontop of that he seemed dehydrated because he wouldn’t stop drinking water out of our water jug for almost 10 minutes. I also tried to call 2-3 different times & never heard a word back, I have no clue what my poor baby went thru & feel so guilty putting him through this. after reading the reviews I will never be back & recommend others to go elsewhere."

"We highly recommend Comal Springs Pet Resort They have the most friendly, energetic staff. They took really good care of our 8 month old German Shepard “ Boomer” for the last 4 days. We were a little nerves about leaving him at first but then we started receiving daily pictures of him and it made us feel better. He looked like he was having fun with the other dogs and the activities they had for them. We will definitely board him there again!!"

"I have 2 four year old American Bullies and they are my life; I have had them since the day the we’re born! This is the first place they ever stayed anywhere but with me. These people are so wonderful with my dogs. The first time they stayed I called 5 times a day and they called me a couple times a day (not exaggerating). Now when they stay I call once just to check in. They treat them like they are their own dogs!! My babies will never stay anywhere else!!! We added my boyfriend’s chihuahua last time she even did great there! No dog too big or small for Comal Springs! Oh and they come out smelling and looking beautiful."
