"Great business and Awesome customer service! My cell phone (practically new Samsung S23 Ultra) just stopped working. I was really stressed because all my kiddo's photos were on my phone, and they were not backed up in cloud storage. I didn't want to send it in for warranty repair because Samsung would've just tossed it in a referbish pile and send me a new phone without all my stored data. CPR were able to diagnose the issue very quickly. They ordered a new charging port and battery and had my phone back on and working in less than 48 hours. It was inexpensive compared to the insurance deductible. I definitely recommend this CPR location."
