"Brock Stokes was the technician along with an employee in training. Both were very friendly, informative and proffesional. They were able to quickly locate the problem and make the fix. Will definitely go with the company again for future needs."
"Brock and Chris came out to install a new coil for my system. They arrived on time and explained what would be done. They were very professional and personable. They made sure my system was up to standards prior to leaving my home. I appreciate the service they provided me and would want them to come to my home for all future needs concerning my system."

"Reached out to this company because I saw they had a promotional 69 dollar hvac tune up special. Appointment was easy to schedule and they had availability as early as the next day. When the tech came out he informed me that my outdoor unit wasn’t coming on. He suspected a wire was loose or cut however, he could not find the trouble point. I was surprised to hear this because my heater and ac were working properly prior to the visit. He indicated that my heater would still work because my furnace was operating efficiently. He mentioned that if I found where the wire was loose I could let him know and that he could fix it or replace it. After he left, I found that the heater was not working, cold air was pushing through the vents, not hot. I texted the company about this matter and did not get a response. I later had to call the company to inquire about the air filters I was supposed to get as a gift with the 69 dollar tune up promotion. The representative confessed knowing only a little bit about the promotion however, she couldn’t tell me what the process was in ordering them or getting them delivered to me. After she asked her supervisor about the air filters, she thanked me for calling because if I hadn’t, the filters would have never arrived. She confirmed my air filter sizes because this was information I had also given the tech in which he took note of. She then explained that she would be submitting the order with the accounting department. Before we concluded the call, I asked the rep if the tune up I got included cleaning of the outdoor unit and she responded yes. When I told her I noticed mine was not cleaned, she said she would have a tech come out again and clean it. This was not an issue I pressed, she simply took initiative in trying to rectifying the situation. She offered to schedule me to have my unit cleaned, and gave me a date and a service window for when the tech would arrive. After making changes to my work schedule to be home for the cleaning service, I got a call from an individual at Comfort Experts around 11am. The individual basically told me he did not see a reason why he should send his tech out if my outdoor unit was not operational the day his tech initially went. Though I understand his point, I wish the tech had explained to me at the initial tune up that he would not be cleaning my unit because it wasn’t operating. The individual proceeded to ask me if my unit was now working and I answered yes because I had found the loose connection. He told me he wasn’t going to send his tech out to clean the unit because his tech had offered to fix the issue, however “I hired another company to fix it.” Not once did I say I hired another company to fix the outdoor unit issue. This was something my dad and I fixed. I could have been at work but the company decided to call me the day of to tell me they were not sending anyone. I was not happy with the phone call, nor was I happy about their lack of knowledge on their current promotions. Also, the confirmation text messages they send out to customers read “if we are doing a tune up, be sure to have your filter available for us to put in,” however, when I told the tech I didn’t have any for him to replace, he said they didn’t do that anyway. I hope to have a better experience with them in the future. I will say, I appreciate them signing me up for their military appreciation membership."
"Ian C. was on time (early) , asked about the service requested. He explained what possibly would be done, and gave estimate of work necessary to repair the problem. He took pictures and completed the work as described. He took care in cleaning up during and after the job. Friendly and patient with customer."
