"If she has a license, Brooke is a licensed crook. Don't expect her to do anything for your children. She is court appointed, knows you are ordered to see her, and cares nothing about your kids. She will collect cash from each side until she figures out which side will be willing to pay her to show up in court to testify where she charges 1500 cash for showing up. Once she figures out who's paying, unless it is you, you will never hear from her again. You'll be lucky to hear from her receptionist. She will begin to manipulate the child or children to fit the narrative of the parent paying her. If she's with Mom, she'll stop talking to dad and Questions to the kids will turn to inquisition questions she can report back to mom to use against dad. If the kids want to talk about Mom, she cleverly will switch the conversation back to dad. If the kid's mention something that can be used against the mom in therapy, mom get's a phone call or text telling her to fix it while the other party is left in the dark. Don't think she is only for women. If abused children by an abusive alcoholic father show up and he's willing to pay her court fees, she'll use every trick in the book to try to have the children placed with the abusive father including totally disproven theories like (PAS) Parental Alienation Syndrome. If your attorney or judge suggests Deluna Counseling, beg for a change. Save yourself the heartache and protect your children. She should be unlicensed and barred from practicing in Texas as she is willing to lie under oath for the highest bidder."
"Not only is Brooke Deluna completely unprofessional, she couldn't care less about the children she sees. She is court-appointed and uses that clout to fill up her schedule. She then wastes the sessions without ever actually helping the patient. But all she cares about is the money so to her, whether a child is doing well or not doesn't matter, especially because she can easily blame a parent for the child's issues. And as an added bonus, she quickly determines which parent is her favorite (regardless of any damning evidence against such parent) and will go so far as to lie under oath to defend that parent. Honestly, she should have her license to practice removed. Avoid her at all costs. If somehow you find she has been appointed to your case, appeal the decision! You risk your child's mental health by letting her be involved."
