"My review is only on the process of getting a quote. It was very difficult to get the quotes that I requested timely and seemed as though the employees at the agency did not speak to each other. I never received promised follow up and always had to initiate the follow up, after some back and forth and still not getting requested quotes, we decided this is not the agency for us."

"I called today to follow up with Mary K after 5 calls back trying to get my quote back. I had already put up with Darrel and his rudeness of painfully taking down my info. Then she snaps at me about already having a quote down for me a long time ago, but funny how she never contacted me back. So I asked her how she could get paid for a job with no accountability, she hung up. I called back and asked for Ann, it’s Darrel who owns it. I called him later to let him know what was going on. He didn’t care and wanted me to shut up. I told him that’s not the way customers should be treated. Funny he said you are not my customer. I just hung up and called the complaint department. These people are such a joke. Never ever would get insurance with them!!!"

"Really great overall experience, every time I need to submit a claim, their staff is always happy to take care of me! They work hard to find the best rates, and personally I think thats the best part about it, that they have so many different insurance companies that they can go through so you get the best coverage for the best price! They are always so quick to take care of their customers and its so nice. If you're looking for a great Insurance agent that will take care of you GO HERE!!"

"Great staff, we have been in Keller and with this company for over 20 years and I would 10/10 recommend. The staff is Welcoming in person and on the phone! Ever since we moved here we have been with the business, they have over 50 years of experience in the insurance business and it shows anytime we need anything. They always pay claims and help you take care of anything going wrong, very professional environment also. The feeling of experience is right there when you walk through the door as it is a historical building and even used to be the Bank of Keller.. Isn't that cool! overall great experience with insurance and service!"

"Initially, I was decently content with the service I received when I, first, went through Ann Gibson's agency 2 years ago. Since, I haven't needed anything, so I have just been making payments online. Recently, I received a letter about changes to my policy. I had questions, so I decided to visit the office. However, no one in personal auto was even there to help me. Someone in commercial auto did take down my information, and they would give me a call the next morning. I waited all day for the call, only to walk away from my phone for 5 minutes after 5 pm, and missed a call which, according to my voicemail, to acknowledge that I had questions, but they were leaving for the day. When I called back the following morning, a man answered and told me that I would have received a letter regarding my questions, which I never did. Then, when I asked about a new policy, he rudely told me that they could give me a quote. Because they don't seem to have the time or patience or value to continue my business, I found a different insurance company that does."
