"I rarely get days off and scheduled my lab work for a holiday at work. Apparently there was an “error” in both urine and the bloodwork. It is worrisome that one sample would be messed up, but both seems crazy. Do not waste your time by going here."
"The nurse that helped me went above and beyond.. I had showed up for my appt and forgot my orders from doctor. She helped me to email it to her and print out saving me a drive home and back. She was very nice and drew my blood smoothly."
"The woman who drew my blood pierced my vein and now I have a huge bruise on my arm bigger than a silver dollar. On top of all this, they repeatedly bill me for things my insurance covers. I’m going somewhere else next time because I shouldn’t have to spend 90 minutes on the phone arguing with birdbrains every time I need a simple blood draw!"
"This is a horrible location to have to get labs drawn for a kid. The Southlake location in the Tom Thumb is worth the extra few minutes as it is far superior when bringing your child for a fasting lab due to the fact they staff more than one person in the morning. This Keller location is SLOW. Not the fault of the poor lab tech all on her own but the company staffing."
"The two ladies working were extremely kind and helpful. My provider hadn’t submitted the orders into their system, causing my visit to be delayed. Both staff members checked on me frequently and refreshed their screen often to check the status of my order. Once received they had me in/out. Appreciated both of them!"
