"My daughters and I just moved to town and we were looking for a new dental office. We will NOT be returning to this office! I am honestly shocked by how many good reviews they have. When we first went back, I was turned off by how crammed and scattered everything was. I was shown where to sit and the whole-time techs had to squeeze by me. The cabinets had to be opened carefully so I was not hit by the doors and overall, it was just an uncomfortable experience. The biggest problem I faced was that I brought in a sonic water and set it next to me for medical reasons, one of the office ladies came and picked it up and walked off with it stating "we can't have drinks in the office to prevent spills" this is absolutely repulsive behavior and so rude. If I would have been asked to take it outside or communicated with better, I would have obliged but for someone to grab my drink and take it, this is unacceptable customer service. After about 15 minutes I see a DOG RUN BY! How can I not have my drink but a dog can run around a dental office? I am blown away at how poor this office handled our first visit and will advise anyone to find a more professional establishment"

From the initial call to set up appointments to the celebration at the end of the visit, we were treated kindly, all of our questions and concerns were addressed and they took sweet, gentle care of my child. I immediately fell in love with this office!"

"This place is amazing. My son had to get fully sedated due to sensory issues while having treatment done. They have this wonderful little dog named Olive that will sit with your child like a weighed blanket if they're nervous. Even during treatment. The staff has always been knowledgeable and kind to me at every interaction. I appreciate this more than they know."
