"When my daughter was t- boned going down a highway by someone who didn’t even have a light, we filed with Nationwide (our company) because the other party because she was out of town and needed to rent a car to get back home. Nationwide undervalued her car by thousands. We finally contacted the other party’s insurance (State Farm) who agreed with us and paid us thousands more. Our insurance, Nationwide, was not on our side. Neither Nationwide’s claims department or the Kevin Brett agency assisted us even though I provided documented proof of the value of the 1 year old car. My mom had a Nationwide renters policy also with the Kevin Brett agency. When her health declined and she had to give up her apartment and move into a nursing facility, I had to empty her apartment and I called to cancel her insurance and stop the automatic payments. I explained the situation and I had previously been added as a power of attorney for my mother. They stopped the payments but did not cancel the insurance and I continued to get late payment and cancellation notices. I let them finally cancel for non payment as I knew she would no longer need good credit. Neither Nationwide or Kevin Brett served me well and I have in the past and continue to let people I come in contact with know of my experiences with them and recommend that they use anyone else. Please remove my information from any and all contact lists you may have. Why I think you are capable of such a simple request is beyond me."
