She listens very patiently and counsels/educates in detail and makes us feel she is always there for my children . My daughter is a premie and I couldn't have any other pediatrician for her. In fact I was looking for neonatologist who are specialized in premie babies but Dr Parikh showed such warmth and always explains everything in depth so I have a full understanding of everything going on. She provides me with any resources I may need such as ECI services, NEST community who closely follows my daughters milestones and growth. The staff and nurses are so good with kids, everyone is professional and kind, and the facility is always clean. We can’t say enough about Dr. Shelby Jacob! She truly loves kids and treats her patients like family. She listens to your concerns and always has a plan of action ready. When my son was really sick last year, she followed up with us and called to check on him. She is so knowledgeable and experienced, and I fully trust her with my babies!
