I've been to other daycare at other states, but often when I see the webcams, I see them on their phone, but staff here was different! I will definitely bring my dog back to Wag Hotel! :)"

"Would recommend this place 100%!!! We have been taking our babies here for a long time. The staff is super friendly and the facility is very clean. We love being able to "peek" in on playtime!! The app makes it super easy to check in on them anytime! We also love the 24 hour access. Nothing is better than coming home from a vacation and being able to pick up our babies as soon as we land, no matter what time or day! Right now our girls are only 2 years old, so they are in daycare at least once a week or sometimes twice a week. They absolutely get so excited as soon as they arrive. The staff always greets them at the door. I know that they have a great time when they are there. We also board them and put them in the large dog suite so we can spy on them at night!! Nothing is more satisfying then seeing your baby(s) sleeping!!"

"We've been boarding here for about two years, starting when this facility was Paradise 4 Paws. We are MUCH happier with the recent changes that Wag Hotels has implemented. The current manager, Samantha, has been instrumental in making sure our special needs dog is comfortable and cared for. She has spent hours on the phone, in-person, and via email talking about his care plan with us. She advised us on the best set up to keep him comfortable and safe, all the while ensuring our high energy puppy also has the experience best suited to his needs. Samantha and her staff are able to document every bowel movement, feeding, and medication administration for us. It's worth the money to know our babies are safe and happy!"
