"I was hoping to have a good experience with this company for future business but that’s far from the case. I feel completely ripped off and disrespected. I paid $1700 for 6 hours of work @ $300 a hour for $50 an hour work and results. Work was only for 1800 sqft of a 2.9sqft home and garage floor. Water stains and grout sealant drips were left everywhere on one year old tile and who knows if the sealant is even going to come up entirely now. My bed in furniture in room are easily moved as they’re on wheels but they didn’t even have the courtesy to push them forward to clean behind them. Almost 2 hours of their 6 hour work day was spent on their phones and taking breaks which my indoor and outdoor ring cameras have every minute. I will not post pictures for legal reasons unless I take it to court or present them to owner. My four thousand wheelchair prescribed by the veterans affairs was damaged from the tech or helper placing something on it when they could have easily pushed it to another empty room. Also, the tile floor was chipped probably from carelessly placing down their equipment which gauging the depth of the crack they had to of slammed their equipment down. The tech that cleaned was Cameron Bonds with his Helper Elijah. I am requesting a full refund for the job and $1700 in damages."
