"Repairman is completely incompetent. Easily the worst I have ever encountered. Only way I can describe his service is to ask you to imagine the worst-case-scenario repairman, then multiply his negative aspects by ten. Showed up over an hour late and wouldn't stop talking about completely unprofessional topics, such as his drunk buddies who went to prison, badmouthing other repairmen, or other totally irrelevant and inappropriate comments. Over a month of working with this company, and they made literally zero progress. Left 3-4 messages on their voicemail trying to schedule an appointment, not a single one was responded to. Their customer service lady was helpful when the phone was actually answered on less than half of my phone call attempts. At least I got a refund."

"Extremely rude customer service. Guy who answers phone doesn't care. Called the sales place next door to see if they had same owners to try to talk to someone different. Told them the guy answering the phone at the service company was an ahole and she said yes we know so his reputation is well known and by reading other reviews it is definitely no secret. I think this reflects on a company that would continue to keep him in a customer facing position."
