"Customer service is very bad, guy name David was angry guy, do not know how to talk to guest. He can talked to guest nicely plus I am staying at business with 4 bedroom apartment and I always use this address for personal used any order I have explained but he still mad on me and I went 2nd time and he quote me double then he gave me price before and he told me to bring whole machine I took that but there are no reason to take it cause he doubled the price then first time and hoover manufacturer never print on Box Saying if you used other chemical then warranty are not valid according to them it is and user manuals and now a days who's gone aread . They Should clearly Print On Box ."
