"Garry and Carol are the best. I really appreciate you guys getting my transmission fixed. I believe the vehicle operates better now than when I first got the truck."
"This is by far the best transmission shop in the panhandle. Thanks to Jimmy I have been able to get parts and help that I couldnt have gotten anywhere else! I highly recommend them!"

"Repairs-Good (so far). Customer service is not good at all. They will not call you and keep you informed of what diagnosis is or progress. There was another customer in when I went to pay for our bill and he was having his vehicle removed from the rack because of lack of communication. We were not told that there wouldn't be anyone there that could operate the credit card machine during certain hours so we had to wait for someone qualified to do that. Also asked if we could start the vehicle to start warming it up ( I was staying inside waiting on qualified person) and they told us that the owner guy had the keys and he was at lunch. HUH??? well we noticed they were hanging right in front of us. They lied to us for some reason. After waiting for about 20-25 mins. my dad got into the van and the center console had not been put back together it was in the back of the van. They quoted us $300 more than the lowest bid. I mentioned before I brought it in that I had lower bids , he told me he would work something out with me. Well I ended up paying $1250. The repairs are about a week old it seems to be running fine. Just not worth the $$$ and aggravation."
