Kimberly is knowledgeable in dance as well as anatomy, and she is good at describing movement in different ways to help the brain make the right connection in the body. It's fun learning traditional movement vocabulary as well as practicing exercises that get me moving outside of the straight body column. The instructors at Dance from the Heart are empowered, graceful, and delightfully goofy, and they certainly pass these traits on to their students."
