"We ordered new windows for our house through Home Depot and Andersen Windows in October of 2021. It is now January 2023 and we are still missing 7 windows. One of those 7 windows was dropped off in our garage in early December 2022, with the promise that they would be back in 3 days to install it. Since then, we cannot get a hold of anyone at Andersen, and when we talk to Home Depot they told us our account was “closed” because the job was “finished”. We have been paying around $800 a month for these windows since we ordered them in October 2021, and the job is NOT finished. I need someone to contact me about this."

Carpet installers - Cooper did a good job after almost 15+ days (7 day carpet is a - no obligation part to HD, kind of misleading..) be aware."
