"Fixed interior doors, replaced fence damage, fixed fence gates so they no longer drag, replaced tub drain, replaced sink faucet, caulking windows, interior trim repaired, drywall repair and painting, bathroom mirror mounted, lights fixed, garage door repair and trim repair/painting, etc. House is nicer than when I bought it years ago, hired to fix everything prior to selling my house but if I wasn't moving I would set an annual calendar reminder for them to fix up the house annually as part of spring cleaning. My dogs were immediately relaxed around both contractors, was able to work from home in the 1.5 days of repairs with very little distraction."
