"Landlord had the audacity to disrespect me after I paid him rent on time every month for two years. He argued with me about an issue that was his office workers fault, and threatened the current tenants saying he would not let them live there past August. The apartments itself are nice. Also had an issue where I’ve asked several times to fix the drain in my shower and they never fixed it."

"I lived in these apartments for a total of four years - one year in the smaller building and three years in the larger building. Joe was one of the best landlords I've ever had! Any issue I had - from a toilet overflowing to AC going out in mid-July - were taken care of by Mike or Joe himself immediately. Just two blocks from Lake Michigan in downtown Kenosha, you couldn't get a better location. Also one of the only dog-friendly apartment complexes in the area. The only reason I left was because I moved out of state. If you're looking for a nice apartment in Kenosha, I guarantee you won't do better than Imperial House! :)"
