"Applied to this place on Washington last week to be put through hell for all the information they ask for they never call or reach out if anything is needed for the process u have to call them. Then to be told we was denied from a eviction from 2015 and that I would be getting a refund for the application fees I payed to have a screening done which further let's me know the info u received was from the slum lord whom I'm dealing with now because he is the only person I've been with for over 8yrs.. eviction was in 2014 to be correct and it was sealed few years ago what they didn't know. and to refund me money on fees for a screen let's me know it wasn't conducted said application was denied had to be 10yrs or over and to look for my money 7-10business days this was from Leilani seems kind and like she understood I even explained about the landlord I have all emails on him to show he slandering my name and sabotage me for the issues we have had with his property.It's sad that she was willing to go off ones words instead of running it for herself. to know I could be homeless with my kids in April because he refuses to rent to me any longer because he don't want to fix what's needed and I know my rights and he hates that so I chose this property to move my family in because my lease is soon due and it was in perfect area close to my children School and thought it was a perfect fit. Shame on u for how unprofessional u was at lying and doing your job the right way and shame on you for denying shelter from good people who really was in need hate to find yourself in a situation then you'll know the feeling but from the reviews looks like I'm dodging a bullet just note I do have the text message sent from my husband from Leilani about the refund they rather text then send emails cause text can be deleted rather than emails."

"These people and those pangea/cym living people have no shame and no mercy. They buy up and own like 75 to 90% of all the buildings in and around Chicago and have the nerve to deny people based on inaccurate and old information and at the same time act like they care about homelessness and people. They are the unholy alliance of the city, state, and the rich all feeding on the poor and powerless. If your looking like I am, your going to be looking a long time unless you have perfect credit and you dont mind living in a dump on the 6th floor somewhere in a crime infested Chicago ghetto. GL."

"They are the absolute worst management company I’ve ever dealt with. These are slum landlords. They will not do any work to your property. They do not take accountability for anything and they expect you to pay for everything even though they don’t fix anything. The people who work at the front office is useless and no help. The maintenance people never are helpful and don’t come out for work orders. If your roof is leaking, furnace isn’t working guess what you are responsible. They have the gas meters in the basement of the buildings and the doors are locked and nobody can get access. The gas is out at the whole building and it’s 25 degrees and we are told that we have to wait until the next day for someone to come unlock it for the gas company because maintenance is gone for the day. I would never recommend anyone renting from them and I wouldn’t be surprised if they have a a lawsuit against them for many reasons."

"If you get a chance to apply with this company you are in really good hands. This is my first time applying for apartments and both Kate and Leilani were extremely help and insightful. They even made sure I asked all the right questions so I can have the best experience possible. Unfortunately during the verification process my job was slow to get back to them and I wasn't able to pounce on the location I wanted. NO WORRIES THOUGH!
