"The units at EnV are beautifully updated and the views are stunning. We’ve had a few issues with window treatments, hvac, and an unfortunate incident with a glass cabinet door but EnV always rises to the occasion when fixing issues. The maintenance crew and response time cannot be beat— Jorge is an incredible engineer. Ernest and Edward in the office have been extremely helpful with questions and are overall great human beings. I’m a born and raised Chicagoan and have dealt with some difficult personalities when it comes to property managers but these two go above and beyond. Nia and Alison answer my questions pretty speedily. Kianna at the front desk is outstanding. She is so dedicated to her job and is so kind to me, my boyfriend, and my dog. Tunde is equally as amazing. I had the flu and one of my medication deliveries accidentally got misplaced by a delivery person — he was able to find the package. This was on Christmas. There’s another young man who works at the front desk at night (I cannot recall his name) who is incredibly kind and helped us deal with a violent individual who used to frequent the building. We currently live in the building and I can confidently say that for the most part we are happy. EnV takes lease agreements very seriously and they are vigilant when it comes to keeping the building up to par. The reason why I changed my review from 5 stars to 3 stars is because of the following: - I had to file a police report on the above-mentioned violent individual and their partners, who live in the building. I was told by the police that they were dangerous (CPD located them via license plate numbers). Unfortunately, I continue to see these folks around. The police advised me not to file an order of protection because of their criminal history. (…I probably should delete this part but feel like I need to be honest about this) - There is a woman at the front desk who is selective when it comes to respect for tenants. I was forced to call Titan Security to submit a complaint. Never in my life have I had to submit a complaint regarding blatant, consistent, disrespect. I hope this doesn’t burn any bridges, just need to be honest. I have previously had to leave buildings for similar reasons but I’m hoping we won’t have to do the same at EnV."

"I've lived here for 3 years and have been so taken care of by all of the staff. Tracy and Kianna are so welcoming and really take the time to get to know everyone, they feel like family! The management/leasing staff are always very accommodating and helpful. The maintenance team is also on top of everything and extremely kind and dependable. I loved my studio and my current 2 bedroom apartment, the layouts are very spacious and beautiful :) EnV is all around an amazing place to live."

"I have loved my experience with the EnV team since I first viewed my apartment. The office staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted me to love the unit I’d ultimately choose. Since moving in, I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with everyone who works here. Tracy at the front desk knew my name after 24 hours of moving in and the maintenance team is quick to fix any work orders and do a great job. Highly rec living here!"
