"When I moved in it was an awesome place in 1997. It was personally owned by a family then. They had their own maintenance crew that could fix anything no matter what it was, inside your house or outside. Been here a long time and the neighborhood has changed. Along with the owners. Nowadays you have to fix everything yourself if it's inside your house. The only things that the rental company will take care of are things that are outside of the house regarding their property. Yes you are required to maintain your own yard by mowing the grass and trimming weeds and keeping your yard neat."
