"To start off with the good, maintenance was very responsive. They always fixed my maintenance issues within the day. The rest of my experience was disappointing and frustrating to say the least. My packages were constantly stolen so I had to stop shipping them to my apartment. The ComEd bill was around $175-$200 in the winter months even though the apartment was still cold. So beware if you're in building 2370 and unit 2060. I also had issues with my neighbor and management was not sympathetic at all. I believe they are under new management now, which seems to be a bit better than before. Wish it would have worked out, but it was just a pain to live here."

"Lived here three years and it was great at first but it has gone down hill fast. The new management is terrible. The office staff is rude and you can never get a straight answer from anyone about anything. Rents have gone up a ridiculous amount from year to year with no improvements. The hallways in the buildings are dirty and dingy. They even did away with assigned parking for the very cramped side of the complex where we live and now there's never anywhere to park near our building."
