"Stephanie made the entire process seamless. No issues moving from out of state. Nice facilities. Comments stating the walls were a bit thin, are true. Sounds travels easily from hallways into apartment, and you can hear your neighbors occasionally. But so far I haven’t had any issues with the noise. Nothing crazy, and have no issues sleeping etc. No real complaints. The dog wash room is a life saver- I love that it also has a dryer. Apartments finishes are nice. The package room is a plus as well. Parking garage ($125 a month) is well maintained, and setting up parking spot was easy. Staff is very friendly. All fees etc were upfront and thoroughly explained. Stephanie was able to accommodate all my questions and concerns. While moving in the staff was very helpful and thorough. I would recommend."

"Beautiful, modern, well kept community. The staff is on premises 7-days a week and always greet you with a smile! They are quick to attend to any problems that may arise. Amera has been phenomenal and has really turned the ace around in just a few short months! The apartments are very spacious and filled with natural light. Great place to call home!"

"The RPM Living team at Residences at Payton Place is superb and top-notch! This is my second time living in an RPM property and I couldn't be happier to say I'm a resident! The property is simply gorgeous and it's kept in fairly pristine condition. The other residents are nice. Will and Amera (the property managers) are excellent stewards of the property and are great leaders! They are very approachable and deal with resident issues quickly, professionally, and are extremely friendly."

She is very approachable, personable, genuinely caring and she goes above and beyond in making sure that your concerns are met adequately.
