"I would like to talk about my experience here at the hotel. I came in from Florida for my nieces wedding. I was greeted by your front desk employee name, Christine Garcia. She was warm, friendly, and very helpful. She was a delight to interact with. We had booked about 43 rooms for my nieces wedding. Due to a couple of family members over indulging, a few things were misplaced. My sister, Annette could not find her wallet and searched everywhere for it. Because I was staying at the hotel one more night, I went to the front desk to inquire if there’s any chance it had been found. Christine Garcia was at your front desk again and went above and beyond helping me look for this wallet. She then checked and saw that my sister’s room had not been cleaned yet and offered to take me to the room to check one more time. She moved the curtains, and lo and behold. The wallet was found on top of the heater unit. To say, my sister was ecstatic is an understatement. I need to tell you how this employee went above and beyond to help me she truly embodies what it means to be a great employee. You are extremely lucky to have her, and we will be forever grateful to her for the time she took to help me locate this wallet. Thank you, Christine I would also like to mention to other employees of this hotel. The two baristas behind the counter every morning. Claudia and Camila were wonderful as well. Both had very sunny demeanors and we’re very pleasant to interact with. Great customer service is hard to come by, but your employees nailed it"

"I was a guest at this hotel the past weekend. Upon checking out I realized my wallet was missing. We checked everywhere, the room, the lobby the shuttle and could not find it. My sister stayed another day and explained the situation to Christine Garcia who was working the front desk. Christine went out of her way to help look for the wallet and due to her diligence and willingness to help they found the wallet. I will be forever grateful to Christine Garcia for her efforts to help us. Her customer service and care went above and beyond. Thank you so much Christine."

"Good location and okay rooms. Bit old construction and that shows in rooms. Feels like a 2 decade old when inside the rooms. Also there were few big spiders in the bathroom. Service was good and I would have given 4 stars. However there was this lady on frint desk one of the evening. She was rude and denied me the use of Shuttle even when it was raining and I needed a drop less than.. Quarter mile. Away. She stated that hotel shuttles were only for the staff her behavior and her lying was a 0 star from me. The morning front office staff was very nice, friendly and apologized about the last person's behavior. True 5 star approach there. Also the lady in the morning didnt give me name of the other, being a good coworker. Overall not too thrilled by this stay"

"Very weird smell when you first enter the room. The carpet was full of stains. Not every day was cleaning service. I stayed 2 nights , nobody came to clean room, set the bed or replenish stuff. Bathtub is very small, and bottles(shampoo, conditioner, bodywash) mounted on the wall which hit your elbow if not careful. Overall, I was disappointed with Mariiot."
