"Honestly. This place is gross and left us highly disappointed. When we saw the area, we were already a little turned off. Then we were told after getting our room keys, that the elevator was broken. We are both able bodied but we had a lot to carry up to the 3rd floor. They offer no amenities at the desk (I forgot my toothbrush). We had no shower curtain, stains on the bed, curtains and lamp shade, a busted out screen for our "patio door" which was a stained concrete hell with cigarette butts. The refrigerator also did not work. Some of the horror is attached in picture form. It also smelled like they tried to febreeze away the stench of stale cigarettes. But it didn't work."

"The rooms were nice! The staff was cool! Guy with dreads and also the guy I talked to initially to get info. Also, super cool and understanding about me not wanting to stay there. BEWARE OF THE GUESTS! I was there all of 4 minutes and some crazy lady starts yelling at me about her selling me drugs! Right in front of the staff! They should kick her out and keep her money!! Harassing potential guests is super unsettling!!! I don’t know.. that’s not a place I’d feel comfortable laying my head. The staff gets 10 stars for understanding where I’m coming from and refunding me my money. I’m usually with my son, and that’s something I’d never want him around!"

"Unfortunately the experience here was not good at all the staff here is told not to provide guests with towels unless a $3 dollar fee is paid everytime. House keeping only services rooms that have checked out so if you are staying for a week or more you will need to buy your own pots and pans to cook as well as cutlery. They don't give garbage bags and or barely wanted to provide any toilet paper. The people they have as regulars seem like they attract the cops to be on sight every single day. I saw people in the hallways off of some kind of drugs. Check in at your own risk I definitely could not book another stay here, I did not feel safe."

"This is a great hotel. If you’re on a budget, they do offer larger rooms that are pretty nice but all in all the place has zero customer service. The people behind the desk are usually sleeping, but you get what you pay for the rooms are inexpensive."

"Relocated from out of state and found this beautiful hotel to stay. Dimitri the Manager was so wonderful and helpful. The prices are fantastic. Location is in a quiet area and rooms are spacious and very clean. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. Patty P."
