"Kelly the property manager is very helpful and made my move easy. Great location and nice residents."
"I have lived here almost 2 years and love it. Management is great and always in office during posted hours. Communication is good as they will leave things posted or have notices in your door. Halls, rec room, excerise room and even elevator are cleaned twice a week. I highly recommend 5th ave lofts to anyone looking for a nice place to live. Many residents have lived here 5 years and more so it can't be bad. Maintance man is a gem and always willing to help you."
