"I was suppose to rent a third floor apt. It was given away before I got to do the walk thru view & I'm on the 1st floor instead. Carol is a rude & lieing individual , Mike on the 3rd floor took illegal bets on horse races from other tenants during a bingo session with a room full of people including Marilyn Carol's new friend. Chris who lives here on 2nd floor also was there & works at the Elk Grove Village Town building. It's not friendly & nice for everyone. Especially with the illegal activities. Bingo cards are not disinfected or sanitized. They are old cardboard green cards with sliding red covers for the numbers. Tom who is not a senior citizen without income lives on 2 supposed with an aunt. & asks for cigarettes while being nosey for information.The grill has not been cleaned since last year. Vicki on the first floor asks residents to read her mail for her regularly even though she has a caregiver . Knocks at my door regularly harassing & disturbing my peace for gossip. Calling herself the "boss" because shes Italian or whatever. She falls all the time with plenty of witnesses who have seen even before I moved into this place. Mary on 2 told me to delete my Facebook accountant. Vicki told me to remove my mask while covid is rising again. There are too many bossy people who are rude to the point of obnoxious. Theresa calls the vaccine 666 injection , she is the manager. There is a lot wrong in this place . I can't wait to move. My internet. & phone was hacked. My mail was missing for months Not really a good place to live."

"Clean, friendly staff. Noone bother's anyone. Big activety room. Laundry rm on each floor. Pavilion in back with grills. Library with computers."
