"Room and location were excellent, but key card was deactivated without notice more than an hour before checkout time. Why have a checkout time if my room is no longer accessible before checkout arrives? Completely unacceptable service"

"I found this place to be very clean, the room looked to have been recently renovated and painted, and I read from previous reviews that there was no refrigerator. I didn't need one. The front desk person was EXTREMELY friendly and courteous and I had a very interesting conversation with him. Overall, if I felt the need to return here, I would. It isn't the Waldorf Astoria, but you're paying a reasonable price for a clean room."

"The only drawback was there were no mini-fridge, coffeemaker and/or microwave in the room. If you wanna keep your drinks cool or save your leftovers from dinner...bring a cooler. The good thing is that the ice machine is always full. Otherwise, the location is awesome and there were a few restaurants that were in good walking distance from the hotel."

"I understand everyone trying to save little money for a hotel but after this, I'm willing to pay extra for a better environment. 1st he said 65 a night out the door but when I give cash he said it's 70 with tax. Ok whatever room was small but I can deal with it, so I decided to stay a nother night I call front desk and said I will stay a one more night so do I pay now? He said I can pay tomorrow check during out at 11am then he knocking on my door and calling my room like telling me I need to pay up I was like didn't I just talk to you? Smh so my wife went give him cash then he said price is now 89.99 plus tax so I said I'm just going to leave now he saying it's already 1130 I won't get my $50 refund back. I told him that's all I have left is 80 then he honored the 80 but next day I check out they had to check the room completely and I had to wait to get my 50 back which I realized they only gave 45 I had this feeling that's how they been scamming people. C.mon every time I ask for a towel I gotta return the use one and breakfast from 5am to 8am it's to fast . 1st time in my life I never had any front desk banging on my door for pay when I called 1st in my room he said no worries smh. Weekdays price change? Yea ok go ahead keep that extra $5 and change because it was my 1st and will be my last time I highly recommend anyone not to go unless you really have to"

"No coffee. Disgustingly dirty. Light in bathroom is automatic and takes at least 2 mins to shut off, which isn't great at 4:30am. The phone light will not stop blinking. This place is GROSS and overpriced. $170 for a night and 6 days of parking is too much. Update: Thank you for your reply. I forgot to mention that when I went to use the bathroom the first time, the seat was up and it looked like urine was in the toilet. I do appreciate your reply, however! I didn't say anything to y'all while I was there, and that's on me. I will definitely give you all another try. My apologies for not attempting to contact you with these issues."
