"I have tried to have a conversation with these people about Section 8 and instead of listening to me about how Section 8 works she Daniella interrupted me continuously as if I was nothing more than a poor idiot!! Two people can not be heard at the same time and I’m more respectful to others than to interrupt while people are talking! In this situation it’s best to get Disability Lawyers involved.. Having a Section 8 voucher doesn’t make you uneducated.. do not do business with people who have no Respect for other people and their rights!!"

"This apartment complex has really gone downhill over the last few years. I was a tenant for over 6 years, with absolutely no issues. However during the last few years things just got worse and worse. Our first few years were fantastic. Dan was manager at the time and quickly address any challenges we had. Management was extremely understanding situations and circumstances and always was willing to work with us to reach an agreeable solution. However the last few years, we have noticed as management changed they became extremely inflexible with pretty much every single issue you have. They will always say their hands are tied and there’s nothing they can do. Even when moving out, the process has been a total nightmare. They blame things on the system and give an empty apology but when it’s the 10th issue you’ve had that ends with no solution, it tends to wear on you. They run it like a business, which I understand it is, but they have absolutely no personable relationship with the tenants, and do a great job at making you feel like they really don’t care about any of your situations at all. If you’re looking for a place to live in which you will never require accommodation or interaction with management, sympathy, understanding, then this might be the place for you. If you don’t mind having your water shut off randomly without notice, being challenged on your pet rent after your pet passes away, or 100% inflexibility on any additional charges, misunderstandings or problems, then this is definitely the place for you. You would think the staff would show a lot more respect or compassion for tenants who paid rent on time and never caused issues for over 6 years, and I’m disappointed to say that is simply not the case. I don’t leave bad reviews and I consider myself pretty understanding, but I honestly cannot recommend anyone to move in here. Update: After posting this review I did receive a call from the brand new property manager who was very sympathetic to the issues we have faced and did make the effort to reach an agreeable resolution. I am still leaving this review up as a cautionary tale as I am not sure that all these problems will be fixed for other tenants... but fortunately it seems the current management is much more willing to listen to you and work with you on the issues you may face. "The office staff are spectacular. This rating has nothing to do with the management in any capacity. My issue is with the sound proofing of the floors and walls. You can hear every step, thump, scream, conversation, etc. Extra padding on the carpeting would be my suggestion for a fix on the floor sound. It travels and it's annoying. I learned quickly that I'm not for the apartment lifestyle. I just rented a home. It's just more private. Lesson leared..."

"I was suppose to move in here. They showed me a model unit that looked nothing like my apartment. Windows were moving, there was water damage by the bathroom sink. I decided to cancel my move in for safety reasons. They need to make sure apartments are ready to live in for future residents."
