"There’s been a leak next to our apartment since we moved in all they did was put a bucket under it. We’ve been there for a year already. We’re not pay a lot of money for them to use it renovate other apartments and disregard the other issues that’s going on. It’s overpriced and the money you’re giving is not even going to a good thing."

"Reading the reviews with 1-star, we were very tentative to move in here. But I met real residents and their feedback was really good. So we decided to move in a month ago. Everything is fine. Location is very convenient. No issues with neighbours. Nice apartments. Application process was smooth with the help of Oloyah and Brittany. Really great and helpful managers. I am really satisfied with the services they provide. Hope to have the same experience during all rental period. Recommend it!"

"I moved into Terraces of Elk Grove in July and it is such a wonderful community and area! I wanted to transfer apartments a few months in and the leasing team made it so simple. Brittany and Julie are amazing! I highly recommend applying to live here. It’s such a nice area, the apartments are beautiful, and the leasing office is very responsive and kind!!"

"Good place to live in so far. Kyle the supervisor maintain guy is helpful. People in the office are patient. The only negative thing is you don’t know what you signed up for but they do try help you move to another apartment if you don’t like it. The community is nice here."

"The entire place is falling apart. The buildings are old and there is visible and extensive water damage throughout the property. The pool was opened and closed all summer due to an inability to keep the water clean. Our downstairs neighbors ceiling came through due to neglected water pipes. They are painting over mold and mildew and moving tenants in to units that are not proper to live in. If you live here you will be living in an ongoing project with maintenance in and out of your apartment for months on end. I highly advise anyone considering to move into these apartments to not do so... at least not right now. They are de-converting the units from condos into apartments and are trying to rent them out before they actually have them properly fixed. They were built in the 70's and have a lot of hazardous building materials (lead, asbestos, radon) that could be potentially toxic to you and your family. I am writing this to try and warn others from the heartache and headache of putting your family in this type of property."
