"On my 2nd lease. It’s not the greatest complex. No amenities outside of a small pool and small gym, screen door from my patio fell off the day I got the key to my apartment, mold under sinks, etc. But my 1st year I liked the management company, so I signed on for another 11 months. Moving is tiring. Now they have new management. They’re rude, will give you notices about one need to enter your apartment, but then have someone burst into your apartment with no notice another, and it’s not worth paying them. So, if you’re looking to move, but you’re not needing anything right now, I’d look elsewhere. Edit post manager response: Their response is a great example. They “may reach out” like they may tell you when someone will enter your apartment or they won’t. Again, if you have the time, look elsewhere. Edit 2: Left the country for a few days and they left a notice stating they need to come in on a day I wouldn’t be there. I don’t mind, do what you need to. Why do I come back days later with multiple lights on? I hope you’re able to find somewhere else to live because now they’re being petty, running up my light bill, why? Because I’m sharing my experience with this place? Professionalism doesn’t exist here. I wish you the best in your search elsewhere."

"Lived here for 6 months. Very good unit and pool, parking was easy too. Maintenance could use a little bit more professionalism, and the office stopped replying to my emails and phone calls after I moved out. So 3 stars"

"At first it seemed like they were on top of things. Now, good luck if they call back. Never pick up the phone. Lots of extra charges that are not on lease. So beware. Ask questions before signing anything."
