"Extremely poor Management and an Extremely Poor place to live. If you have kids avoid moving here the police are in the complex almost every day for domestic violence or other crimes. The price of the rent for the quality and size for the apartments do not match . If you are worried about the safety or have any concerns regarding your apartment the management will brush it off and belittle any and every situation. The events the office holds are unorganized and really for pictures to show upper management above them for instance they had a raffle at an event and people waited months just to receive it .They will have u fill out multiple survey forms only to not improve anything that you listed again for Show to make it seem that they are doing something AVOID MOVING HERE it’s like living in Chicago the moment you step in the complex and many people are on drugs over here and the office doesn’t care at all they literally let people get away with anything"

"This place use to be okay, now they are moving ANYBODY in, the loud music, let’s not forget about the weed smoke that seeps into your apartment from those that smoke it in there apartments, the disrespect and inconsideration of the unruly people that are moving in I now HATE IT HERE definitely looking forward to leaving!"

"Nice complex, I've lived here over 10 years. Marilyn and Melissa are helpful and understanding and will work with you to resolve situations. The Maintenance staff consist 2 of the nicest, kindest hard working gentlemen. They got rid of the riff raff It's quiet and people respect each other here."

"I have never posted anything about nobody.but I called this place last week was told one thing they had a third floor so I can’t do that floor so I called back today and she told me that have a second floor took my name had me to hold on for 3 minutes can back on the phone and said Application process takes 30 to 45 days to come back and I am on section 8 have a good back ground and she told me I have to be making 35.000 to 40.000 a year in these apartment come on now but call last week got a different story if I was making that section 8 would not give me a voucher never heard of a application taking that long to come back"
