"I stayed there for two weeks at a cost of roughly 1400 to 1500 per week I got checked out and my food was stolen. My insulin was thrown away when I spoke to the manager they said that they threw everything away I had to go spend another $700 for insulin. My girlfriend came and visited me, she bought me a winter jacket and some hoodies and when they checked me out and move my stuff out of my room without telling me they stole it. I tried to call Corporate they hung up on me. Plus they charged our card one more night that I wasn’t even there they refused to talk or negotiated the worst place ever said the rooms are dirty. They have cockroaches in them very pathetic place to stay and it’s not cheap. Do not stay in this extended. Stay horrible they don’t clean the rooms. It don’t change the sheets they don’t give you new towels they don’t take the garbage out just lazy, lazy, lazy and thieves ."

"If you are reading these reviews, believe them. The bed was crusty! And full of hair, I’m certain whoever remade the bed had to have noticed. No pride in their establishment at all. The toilet did not flush. Others were complaining as well. Do yourself a favor and run, do not walk."

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DONT NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!! I was in this hotel 2 years ago was OK. Recently spent 3 months in this hotel had my room clean once. A week after checking out they charged me for smoking in the room, sent pictures of dirt and ash on the floor. Floor hallways, elevator, rooms, were all dirty and very nasty. Due to that fact that i dont smoke, not sure how them not clean became my fault. Will not be staying at this hotel and hope no one else needing a clean service hotel would either. They have no trash service, you have to pay to change you bedding and towls(even when you check into a room with out any). Front desk (if you lucky and they are there) always rude and ack like it's a bother for them to help you. The staff here truly needs to be trained on how a hotel operates!"
