"I previously stayed here in December 2023 and again in January 2024, both times were fine and without issue. But my most recent time is definitely my last time I'll ever stay here. In February 2024, I was assigned a room upon checking in. When I go to my assigned room, it is actually in fact still occupied by someone else. My understanding is that the guests were supposed to have checked out earlier that same day or the previous day. This was brought to the attention of the hotel staff and numerous members of management, including Erika the hotel manager, Pat/Patty, and Julie. My concerns I felt were not taken seriously due to the fact that those other guests could have possibly been armed and dangerous (thankfully I wasn't hurt). They compensated me with only one free night. I'm extremely disappointed and very dissatisfied with this hotel and management, in my opinion, doesn't seem to take this matter seriously."

"horrible horrible experience. First, i thought i paid $74 for my hotel room, as it said when i booked it but when i came to check in, i had to pay $124 which was the rest of my money. Second, the room key for my room didn’t work and me and my boyfriend stood outside 10 minutes and longer trying to open this door. Third, the rooms either do not get cleaned or they don’t get cleaned good enough, there was stuff in my fridge for who knows how long, there was hair and spots all over the toilet, the shower was dirty and the bedsheets smelled like sweat and not good. Lastly, me and my boyfriend weren’t able to stay the night and had to leave the same day we checked in because we were able to hear EVERYTHING outside and we kept getting woken up out of our sleep. Also, people dont know any respect with their voice here, no one wants to sleep with another screaming outside their room."

"We recently stayed for 2 nights. The room was very clean, but the overall stay was horrible. The grounds are so dirty with litter and cigarette butts. Also, there are a lot of long term residents there and they like to party on the sidewalks and balconies late at night (12am-4am). It even got scary when there an argument broke out with lots of yelling and threats to kill somebody. These gatherings happened both nights of our stay and we got very little sleep. Several times residents were smoking pot and the strong stench wafted into our room. Needless to say, that was our first and last stay."

"I was considering staying at this place in March but not after reading the bad reviews. Even for the low cost. It's not worth being disrespected by staff. I'm not going to pay for rudeness. I'll pay twice as much for a nice hotel. The location is perfect though. Oh well."

"Had an unexpected stay for a couple of nights. The room was clean and comfortable. Front Desk staff was very kind and helpful. Minor inconveniences during the stay but everything was handled quickly without hesitation. Pet policy is also a huge perk! I enjoyed knowing I wouldn't have any issues or extra pet fees at check in. Would stay again if needed. ☺️"
