Glenmuir of Naperville Apartments

"From the moment we saw these apartments we completely fell in love with them we didn’t hesitate to apply right away. Everything was going great until now, we have been here for about 2 months now and the first month everything seemed fine up until we received the breakdown of our rent and bills this month. When we came in for a tour and information we were told our rent would be an amount we were also told we would get free Internet they said every apartment came with a storage and garbage would also be included in our rent. Well rent is now more than the amount we were told and even with the breakdown it just does not make sense. We were also told free internet was included in rent and it was not. The storage unit does NOT come with every apartment. We were clearly misinformed, we are being charged twice for everything now and even valet garbage that doesn’t even pass by every day. We have put in requests for things that are not well taken care of in the apartment from that same day we moved in and they just told us they would note it on our file for us to not get charged upon move out, you would think they would come in and fix those things but instead we have to just deal with it. It is very frustrating and unfortunate to have to write a bad review but it has only been two months of living there and we already have concerns. Management should be mindful of the misleading information they are telling new renters."

"I have just renewed my lease for another year at Glenmuir. This will be my third year as a tenant at Glenmuir. The newer management team at Glenmuir is AWESOME! The common areas are well-kept, safe, and clean. Any work order requests are fulfilled by an incredible maintenance team that goes above and beyond what is asked of them. The office staff truly work with you to accommodate any special requests that might arise. Two years ago, I could not, in good conscience, leave this positive review for Glenmuir. However, our new Property Manager, Joe, has embraced this community like his own. Thank you. If you are looking at rental communities, do not overlook Glenmuir."

"My partner and I were on the hunt to find an apartment that not only looked nice, but could feel like a home. We found the Glenmuir of Naperville and it checked all the boxes of what we were wanting! The area looks great, feels safe and is a quiet little community! The biggest thing that sold us was actually Steve, the Resident Services Manager! He made us feel so welcome since the moment we stepped foot into the leasing office! When we came for a tour there was actually no units to view, so Steve showed us videos and was very detailed about what was renovated so we had an idea of how it currently looks. We gave it a shot and we’re so happy we did, because our apartment is beautiful and better than we expected! Steve has answered every one of our questions, which made the application/move-in process super smooth. We have only been living here for about a month, but our experience has been wonderful. We love that we can go to Steve for anything and he always makes sure that our new home is perfect! We greatly appreciate all the time and effort he has put into helping us! We give the Glenmuir of Naperville 5 stars, but we give Steve 6!"

"Everything has been excellent thus far! Steve in the front office helped me with everything from the application and touring through the actual move-in, and he was wonderful! He responded to my emails within minutes, answered all of my questions with immense knowledge, and was so kind and welcoming! My apartment was in top shape when I moved in, with fresh carpet, fresh paint, and very clean. Everything was in working condition. The community puts its residences at top priority, from ensuring the community/trash is up-kept, to ensuring residences have enough parking space, and organizing community events. I highly recommend this complex, and am grateful for Steve’s help!"

"Is a great place to live. I have been here for 3 years and have seen significant improvements since the new management took over in 2021. The common areas are what I like the most about this place, I can walk around with my family and dog and have a great relaxing time."
