"Updated: I actually turned out to love this place. After 8 months I warmed up to the staff and the neighborhood. I felt safe. The only downfall is that you can hear your neighbors upstairs and there isn’t much to control that. I think the gentleman above me was not doing it intentional and just heavier built. I was able to tune it out and use a fan to draw out the noise. Pests were annoying sometimes, but the maintenance/management crew ensured this was always taken care of asap. The silverfish would come through the vents. I wouldn’t have moved but I had too. The workout room is awesome as well. I had a bad start but they always treated me kind regardless and that says a lot about a company. First off, I’ve been here for a week and a half. I will update at a later date as well. I had a Pest issue probably due to unit being vacant for awhile.staff has been attentive though with maintenance requests. Upstairs neighbor or neighbors stomp around. It’s very very very annoying. The unit was half cleaned. Microwave disgusting, rags left behind. Overall, the complex seems safe, but My goodness. Do I really need to wear ear plugs while I sleep?? If you move here, get a top level unit."

"People, don't even rent an any apartment’s from them, they are scammers, liars, they laugh at you face , they charge you extra money, you pay for things you didn't do, all my friends are gone. they and almost all prove my point, don't let them fool you, they will lose in court; yes spanish speaking worker emploees the staff is very nice and they are poor they don't pay the cleaning workers well but the office manager is very rude to you and very racist and to be fair people’s ,they hate people very much especially they hate little children’s too, God forbid if you're even a day late with your rent. Management vehemently denies that anything is wrong, but has done one of their secret welfare checks. You will pay 500-600 more than the market price to live there. ""They have no sec deposit"", they have a non-refundable "commission". Expect to lose $1,000-$2,000 in non-refundable "fees". Administrative fee - $400. $500 pet fee, etc. They will arbitrarily raise your water bill (which they control) and continually charge extra to your monthly rent. If they tell you that you will pay $1,800 in rent, expect the final rent to be closer to $2,500 because of the hidden. why this attitude because people don't live there and new tenants don't come so everyone leaves and finally I want to tell you that after the lease period they want to fine you as much as they want with all kinds of excuses, never pay because they are fraudsters. These prices are out of the universe and I want to sue them and see them lose ignominiously"

"I have lived at the tapestry for about 6 months now. I absolutely love it here. I love how convenient it is to stores and restaurants. The community itself is amazing. I have the friendliest neighbors. I live on the ground floor and hardly ever hear any noise. I only hear people occasionally walking past my door, depending on how loud they are. Other than that this place is amazing. I love that they consistently try and have outing with the community. I've only had one maintenance issue since I've been here. It's was taken care of promptly and the maintenance men are very kind and professional. I love everything about this place. If I could give them ten stars I would!"

"It makes me sad to see these negative reviews. I almost didn't move into this complex due to the negative reviews on Google but I'm glad I didn't listen to them. I spoke with Paris about my concerns (re: the Google reviews) when I came to see the property and I'm glad that I took a leap of faith and rented here! Paris and Jason have both been so helpful and accommodating. It's not often you can get a brand new apartment these days and I love that I'm the first person who has ever lived in my unit. The valet trash is awesome (they changed it so that it's every day--and they ALWAYS come on time!). They email me and let me know when I receive a package. All of my concerns have been immediately addressed. The amenities are awesome! There are no mold issues in my building. I love the area and the close proximity to stores. I would definitely recommend Tapestry to anyone!"
