"Eh. Been here a little over a year. Will be leaving once this lease is up. It is a nice little place if you do not have much. Furniture is nice but the couches are uncomfortable and not the best looking. Expensive rent for a tiny space. There is no pantry so it is hard to buy a lot of stuff at once so you do not need to go to the grocery store so often. There is very little closet space (my fiance uses most of the main closet and I use the closet by the front door). I also hung a rack in the bedroom that holds all of our jackets and sweaters. The remainder of the clothing goes in the dresser drawers in the living room. All of this makes this space seem quite cluttered at times. If you plan on having a workspace, it will be very tight. I have mine in the living room next to the smaller couch. All things considered.. IF you are living alone, this size should not be an issue for you (all utilities included is a plus). But if you intend on living with someone else just expect it to get cramped unless you are a minimalist with very little."

"I studied the furnished apartments as they were built. Super-insulated to prevent noise disturbance from outdoors or neighbors. A friend's apartment is superb with all utilities included. Handy trash chutes. Add the elevator and high security and common rooms and you won't find better value anywhere."
