"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! If I could give this place a 0 star I would, This place has been through several management due so the lack of consistent communication shows. There are no cameras in the hallway of any floors or in the elevators so if you get broken into they’re not going to know who was responsible. There was an incident with the door that takes to the parking lot where somebody shot their gun and they tried to play it as it was an accident and still haven’t replaced the glass. Both elevators have been broken on and off for the past 2 weeks they claim that they fixed the issue but clearly it hasn’t been fixed. There are disabled residents that can’t use the stairs, which is a big concern that they haven’t even open any sort of help. Save your self a headache and look for a place that cares about their residents!."

"I have not moved in yet, but the after touring the Metropolitan artist lofts, they are GORGEOUS! A lot of the recent reviews say that the apartments were amazing and well kept until recent management. I want to report that Shannon has returned (who had great feedback). She was absolutely AMAZING! She was extremely kind, outgoing, helpful, and even found a few loop holes for my situation. It was tough getting in touch, I just showed up and they scheduled me a tour for the next day. I will report back once I move in, but so far so good!"

"I have been living here with my son for 3 yrs!! I took the one bedroom(only thing available at the time) and was able to work with the spacing to convert the living, kitchen and my bedroom space. His bedroom is perfect! Good management here and they will make sure you are satisfied. Artist vibes always and good networking."

"I have lived here almost ten years now, and having an outstanding manager like Shannon makes this place shine like a diamond. For years we had Carla, and our experience here was horrible under her management. We were treated with partiality, and on two occasions, Carla allowed our cars towed wrongfully. Due to Carla's lack of unbiased management, we found ourselves in very uncomfortable living. Now, we have the best of the best! Shannon! Shannon genuinely cares for the residents' concerns, no bias, and her love is seen by us all. Our Maintenance man Andy works hard, and he too is the best! Our community is family-like: however, more funds are needed to help the manager gather for community activities. I love living here except when residents refuse to follow the non-smoking rule. Shanon has done everything possible to get hold of this situation, so it does not reflect her as management. I would hate to move, and if I relocated, it would be only because of personal issues."
