"Jan 2023 my truck was vandalized 4 men with guns stole my catalytic converter off my truck. The security gate is always open but on the advertisement it said secured and gated which it has not been working since I've been here Oct 2022 and I've spoke to several tenants they said it's been broke or not working for over 2 years and since Jan it's still not been fixed I suggest read all the reviews and visit the location"
"When I moved in I was told the Elevator worked it has not worked from day 1 and still doesn't. I have never in my life had roaches and this place is infested. People scream, yell, and slam doors all hours of the night making it impossible to sleep. The doors to the building are left open making the building insecure and the gates to the parking area are never closed."
"I have been a tenant here for over a year. Onsite manager has always been able to assist me. Main office is located in Columbia, not Vietnam as stated by another review. Yes, they do go through Rhino. Elevator has been down. I was informed that the elevator is currently needing an inspection and will be up and running. Parking is gated lot. CCTV."
"I have enjoyed the safe gated community, beautiful view of the Saint Louis arch, and a clean, quiet space; that is price friendly. *Make sure you read your lease contract fully. They will use the insurance company Rhino, that they make you sign before leasing, to come after you for any small clause.* Management works diligently to provide a clean and orderly living experience."
"Security cameras covering every angle of parking lot. Malfunctions happen with gates at my old.condo in. Florida. I havent got ahold of anyone yet but the deciding factor if I'm going to move in is if the elevators work to take furniture to there floor. Also I know current tenants and they DONT have any problems with ants , roaches, nor mice. I WASNT surprised because the building is on supports so extra parking under the building. 1 thing I need to know is if I had 500 tommorow to.move in how long would it take to sign the lease n move right in"
