"Me and my boyfriend moved in over a year ago. The staff is friendly and cool the apartments are nice but everything else is a downhill from there!! Our shower walls started pealing badly, mold in between the shower walls that keeps coming out, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing (especially in the bathroom), if the neighbors smoke weed or cigarettes in the apartment it will make your apartment smell exactly like it, you can hear everyone outside talking (word for word), and on top of all of that there is a roach problem through out the whole facility. We are not dirty people at all! The most we have on the ground is shoes and we always clean the kitchen after cooking. They have someone come to a new area of the complex every six weeks!! Again we’ve been here for over a year and the exterminators only came twice. These roaches aren’t going away as they are living in between the cabinets and walls, inside the dishwasher cricks and cranny’s, anything they can squeeze into. It’s gotten to the point we are paying to get our apartment done! It helps a little bit but it’s not gonna go away if the other two apartments connected to ours is still infested. It’s disgusting and we can’t wait to be able to move out soon!! They are not in any hurry to make this go away either. Also there has been a couple break ins and car break ins. I talk to people around the complexes. There is a gated entrance that is open 24/7. Why have an electric gate if we aren’t going to use it? I don’t feel safe living here and again we can’t wait to leave!!"

"The place is nice but this is the second time we almost got into a head-on collision. There's people who park in front of their door, not the parking lot, right in front of a curve in the road. We had to move to the middle of the road to avoid their cars taking up half the street, as we did, another car was coming around the curve. They couldn't see us because of the parked cars and they almost hit us head on."

"Constantly reminded that this is not our home and we just pay to live here. The gate does not work, and please do not expect it to. We have been told many excuses to why it does not work. That was a selling point when we originally toured the complex. Within the last year, there has been a lot more police presence and not just to keep an eye on things. I do feel things are starting to go downhill from when I originally moved in. It's been about 3 and 1/2 years and for the first two and a half I was pretty happy. This last year, not as much."

"Decent starter apartment. Be prepared to pay them money when you move out. They will do whatever in their power to make sure you owe them. They advertise that they are gated but the gates do not work. The gate is old and they will not update it. When the gates do work they will shock you. Just a nice jolt to keep you awake."
