"I don’t recommend this place. They knew my dog was sick however they never did anything about it nor did they give me anything to prevent her from getting worse. They neglected her when they could have done something, but instead let time pass until it was too late."

"This place and staff deserves ZERO stars. They are money hungry, & extremely rude. Deny you being in the room with your pet "because of covid" yet don't even wear mask, my dog hates them, only him and they know how poorly they treated him behind closed doors because this is the only place he has ever acted "aggressive" In the past they gave me another pets medication, luckily I caught it before giving it to my dog & made them fix the situation. That should have been my last visit. I spend so much money here in the past 6 years, and that is my biggest regret, I don't mind spending money on my dog but this place is garbage and my money should have gone elsewhere. Dr. Ortiz is so fake!!! doesn't have guts enough to speak to me after denying wellness plan purchase, & treatment. she's a coward! Back when they allowed you in the room she was acting all friendly with me and saying how much she loves my dog. I hate this place and feel sorry for the employees who work there. clearly its out of desperation. They contacted me after they saw I canceled my almost $900 visit and had my dogs paperwork transferred to a better clinic. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY NOT YOUR PET. STAY AWAY!!! FYI the new place I went to was $600 cheaper for the same treatment and they allowed me to be in the room with my dog the entire time."

"The service was very fast and efficient. Vets Armando Collera and Dra.Heard were kind and attentive to our puppy. Armando explained everything we needed to do and the guidelines were very clear and considered. We definitely found a place where they take care of our puppy."
