"They asked me for a 400 dollar deposit to move in, as if they had a space for me to rent and had did all the paperwork, they knew they wasn’t supposed to even ask for money until all the paperwork was done, due to the fact I have a voucher, the person want say no names at this moment took my money order and never followed up accordingly, it’s been 4 months still haven’t received my money back, they trying to hood swindle me out of that 400 dollars with so many excuses, I know for a fact this so call good reviews are all them, while I was there saw and heard the maintenance men arguing with people there, I want my money back, them, no that one a crook, manipulation and lies, where’s my money, by right you know you supposed to give that money back and your establishment didn’t hold their end of the bargin Give me my dam money back you lying thieve, girl"

"I have been living here for about 6months now and let me say that it is great the office staff are very helpful nice and respectful any time I have an issue mark and James comes with no issues and get the job done in a timely fashion . I can honestly say this staff make me feel like I am really welcomed. Stacie and dontasia go above and beyond to make sure everything is going good when it comes to us tenants I have never seen a staff so involved"

"Horrible apartments , put a fee on me for 165 my house was mice infested the whole time I rented wouldn't fix the issue until I requested move out and contact all inspectors and city about them, also like how do I have a fee on my credit? Horrible business!"

"If I could give a 0 I would. While the property manager did all she could, the owner is a piece of work. On Christmas Eve, I had a pipe bust in my apartment, the ceiling collapsed and there was no emergency number to call. (Both the fire department and myself tried to call). With that being said, due to it taking so long to cut off the water, I had more than 2 feet of water in my apartment on the third floor. It took 3 days for anyone to call me regarding the matter, while I still had water standing in my apartment and no where to go due to the apartment being flooded. I still have no where to go because the owner decided he didn't want to put me in another apartment while mine was being fixed. I was told by the owner to "take it up with my renters insurnace" . Keep in mind, NONE OF THIS ISSUE IS MY FAULT. My renters insurance isn't going through yet due to no one wanting to claim damages. It's an extremely frustrating situation and I don't recommend coming here."

With great communication from Mr.Cooper I was able to get him accurate documentation and he was then able to get my application pushed through and approved.
