The Gentry's Landing

"I helped my nephew move into an apartment on the 25th floor. The view was Great with the Arch visible & only blocks away. It's a good thing there was a freight elevator available to us. Although it & the apartment door made it difficult to move in a large couch but, we made it. I liked the layout of his apartment. It provided adequate space including closets. The security provides safety for all of the residents. Bus routes nearby make his commute to work on Hall Street efficient & convenient."

"Great place to live. I am from St. Charles and I feel very safe here. Management is great .. Very attentive, and serious about security. Everyone is very nice and respectful of the other tenants. Steve and Lexi in the office are very knowledgeable and helpful if you need anything. I also like that there is a 24 hr front desk attendant and the garage security actually drive around watching the place so it's very secure. Another plus is there is a large convenient store right in the building. Would definitely recommend. I'm in the riverfront 1 bedroom 750 sf"

"This is an amazing place to live, the years I lived in Gentry’s was remarkable and I really like the place and the people that worked in the office like Steve and all the front desk people that were very polite and friendly. I miss this place. I hope everyone in there is safe and going well. The down side is that the parking is expensive."

"I began living at Gentrys Landing a few months ago and ot has been an excellent experience. I have studio at a competitive price, a good view of both the city and the Arch, great neighbors, good staff and a fair and devoted resident manager. Yes, improvements are needed, but occurring. I think the parking costs are ridiculous but Gentrys Landing doesn't control that, neighboring Mansion House does. The pool is amazing, as is the observation deck. Come, take a tour, and you'll realize Gentrys Landing is an incredible place to be. Here are some pics of my place. Enjoy."

"I’ve been living here for over a year and I’m very happy. The building is a little dated but my unit was remodeled. Never had any bugs, and it is sound proof. Trash chute on every floor. I control my own A/C also which is a plus for an older building. Employees are very nice and friendly. Maintenance is quick. Pool is nice, fitness centers are dated but efficient. Downside is I have to pay additional to park in the garage, but that’s with all downtown living. Steve is great, if I have questions he’s always eager to help. Neighbors are diverse and nice. 24/7 security is also a plus. Love the view from my unit also."
