Villa Roma Apartments

"The wife and I visited in November 2023 to look. Management Ashley was informative, polite, positive and helpful. We decided we wanted an apartment and let her know. Since we would not be moving in until Jan 1, 2024, Ashley helped through the various requirements to get it all done. We requested we be allowed to start move in on Dec 30 rather than Jan 1 and Ashley provided a key so we could do so. This was very helpful and saved us so much time as the kids could be there to help. The ONLY down side, and truthfully it may not be a downside, the owner has decided to cancel the 55+ requirement and let younger people rent. The apartment is in good shape. All the appliances are new, toilet replaced. Maintenance Butch agreed to install 3 ceiling fans and a kitchen faucet we purchased. It was beyond his normal duties so we paid him extra, but it was done before we moved in, during the Christmas season. Exceptional management team."

"I called for an apartment for my blind mother-in-law. Greg Sanford told me all about the apartments, the process of a credit check, etc. When I told him my mother-in-law is blind, he immediately told me he did not think Villa Roma would work out for her, too many walls, and he knows from past experience with other blind residents that moved in there, only to move out a month later, because it was too stressful living in a new place with too many walls. He even told me about an assisted living place nearby, and said she'd do much better in a place thats a big large room, without several walls dividing the space. He told me to call him back on Sunday to set up an appointment to look at an apartment if still interested. Before I could call him back on Sunday, he called me. I told him we changed our mind, based on our prior conversation, the fact it's too difficult for a blind person. Greg said yes, that he agreed. The fact that Greg followed up with me, and the fact he offered really good advice, not just concerned about making money renting out the apartment, but genuinely cared about the difficulty my blind mother-in-law would experience.... that's A+ in my book!!! He saved us from moving our mother in law there, and most likely having to move again a month or so later. Greg was very genuine, and wished us a happy new year, and said he hoped we had a really nice Christmas!! Thank you Greg! I really appreciate you, and your thoughtfulness!!!"

"I am a current resident at Villa Roma II and I am absolutely happy with my decision to move here. The apartments are spacious and modern with a neutral color scheme. There have been a lot of improvements being made (new roofs, gutters, landscaping and cable service). The staff is attentive to requests and I love the close proximity to everything. The pool is great and my neighbors are friendly. I am looking forward to staying here for a long time."

"While I’ve never lived here, I’ve known a couple of people who have lived here for a couple of years. Management is always very nice and maintenance is always nice, kind and helpful. They are constantly improving the buildings and always keep nice looking landscape."
