"I have lived at Old Orchard Apartments for almost 2 years now. Teresa, the property manager, is wonderful. If you have an issue, she handles it immediately. Maintaince is great. Issues always get fixed within a timely manner. When it snows, the parking lot is plowed and sidewalks are shoveled. Rent is reasonable and it is a safe area to be in. I highly recommend."

"Love this apartments. We had the best living experience here. Pros: Affordable rent, quiet environment, spacious room for living & bed, great indoor sunlight through huge windows, quick maintenance, friendly & responsive management, spacious wardrobe & store-room, in-building laundry, under-ground parking, elevator facilities and above all very safe and secured through auto-locking entrance doors & intercom. Cons: bathrooms are too small, for some people kitchen may be small too but we were okay. Can’t think of any other cons."
