"I lived here for 8 years. I was one of the best tennets as stacey the manager told me so. She left the business and when i moved out i left the apartment better then when i received it. They kept my deposit for nothing and also decided to bill me for bogus charges. They took pictures of my apartment when i moved in but when i moved out, they said they didnt have them but conveiniently had new photos from when i left of the same things that were there before, said they werent responible because i had a pet. Which the pet did not cause. They did it on purpose to charge me for the things i didnt do because i had a pet for my disability. They have done this to many tennets moving out. Also packages get stolen outside your apartments, they did nothing. I received threats from neighbors about it hecause i reported it. Also you never can get ahead because any money extra you make they take more for rent. It is not worth 900 a month like they say idc what size it is. Ita like 35 percent your income before tax comes out. This place is horrible and i only stayed because there is no place for poor disabled young people. New manager is not kind either. 100% dont move here if you can help it. Only good thing is they finally have a great maitenence man. But they treat their maitenence horrible too. We went through so many, and when they lose them it can take months and months before they find another and guess what? Something goes wrong and they dont have a maitence guy youre just screwed. I dealt with water comeing in from the ceiling from upstairs neighbors tub, it ruined the carpet and i got charged. Also the carpet was over 15 years old. When i moved in they told me it needed replaced and that they would do it. They lie a lot."
